Plain Dutch weave is a specialized woven pattern engineered for high-precision industrial filtration. It features thicker, densely arranged warp wires as the main framework, paired with thinner weft wires interlaced in a standard one-over-one-under plain weave style. This unique combination forms a compact, layered structure with uniform micron-scale apertures, which far exceeds the filtration accuracy of regular plain and twill mesh.
