Reverse Dutch Weave is a specialized engineered weaving structure designed to solve the low-flow problem of traditional Dutch mesh. Unlike plain Dutch and twill Dutch weave, which use thick warp wires, reverse Dutch weave applies ultra-fine, tightly arranged warp wires as the filtering surface, supported by thicker weft wires for structural stability.
The reversed wire ratio forms a dense, smooth filtering layer with uniform tortuous micro pores. This innovative design allows the mesh to retain ultra-fine particles efficiently, while delivering far higher flow capacity and lower pressure drop than other high-density woven meshes.
Key Advantages
· High Flow & Low Pressure Drop: Its unique reverse wire structure greatly optimizes fluid passage, providing superior permeability without sacrificing filtration precision.
· Stable Ultra-Fine Filtration: Dense fine warp wires ensure precise micron-level particle interception for consistent purification results.
· Enhanced Structural Stability: Thick weft wires act as sturdy support ribs, preventing mesh deformation under high flow velocity and system pressure.
· Excellent Anti-Clogging Performance: Smooth mesh surface and balanced pore structure reduce particle adhesion and dirt accumulation, extending service intervals.
· Superior Corrosion Resistance: Made of premium 304, 316 and 316L stainless steel, it adapts to corrosive liquid, high-temperature and harsh industrial environments.
