Welded mesh is a fine, flat and stable structural support material specially designed for light and medium-duty filter elements. It is constructed by precision spot-welding vertical and horizontal wires at every intersection, forming uniform square openings and a rigid, flat mesh surface with no wire displacement. Featuring neat structure, high flatness and excellent permeability, it is widely used for inner lining and auxiliary outer support of filter cartridges. It stably supports filter media, maintains filter pleat shape, delivers low flow resistance, and serves as a cost-effective supporting solution for general industrial filtration systems.

Welded filter support mesh is a professional lightweight reinforcing material tailored for conventional industrial filter elements. Different from expanded mesh’s diamond integral structure and perforated mesh’s heavy plate structure, welded mesh adopts precise electric welding technology to fix all warp and weft intersections firmly. The whole mesh features ultra-flat surface, uniform square apertures and stable overall structure, effectively solving the problems of loose wires and uneven pores of ordinary woven mesh.

It is suitable for both internal lining support and outer auxiliary protection of filter elements.

As inner support, the flat and smooth mesh surface evenly backs pleated filter media, stabilizes pleat spacing, prevents local sagging and deformation of filter materials under normal working pressure, and ensures full effective filtration area.

As outer auxiliary support, the firm welded structure provides mild mechanical protection, avoiding minor friction and collision damage to filter elements during installation and use. The regular square opening design provides ultra-high and consistent permeability, bringing almost no pressure drop to the filtration system.
